Victoria Chapman receives a $500 contribution from

Victoria Chapman of Chapin-Little Mountain has received a $500 contribution from the Gun Owners of South Carolina to help defray her travel expenses to represent South Carolina at the 2013 National 4-H Shooting Sports Invitational in Grand Island, Nebraska, later this month.
Chapman was the 2012 Junior US Open Ladies High Over All Preliminary winner and was on Mid-Carolina High School’s State Champion Archery Team for the past four years. Earlier this year she received the Harry Hampton Memorial Wildlife Fund Scholarship fromthe SC Department of Natural Resources and the South Carolina Youth Shooting Foundation. Chapman is also a skeet and sporting clays champion and works part-time at Chapin Bi-Lo in addition to being very active in her church.
The Gun Owners of SC is an 800-member organizations that gives financial support to youth groups for shooting sports including the Jr. Olympics, state and local competitions and intercollegiate groups including the Citadel Pistol Team. Chapman has accomplished so many goals and we are very proud to have her represent our state in this national 4-H competition,according to Stoudemire.
